Samsung Galaxy Note – We have no idea how Samsung got the idea to manufacture biggest smart phone ever. No matter where the company got the idea from but it worked for Samsung amazingly. Measuring 147X83X10mm and weighing 178G, it is a big phone with slim and light-weight chassis. To make product better than other existing devices, Samsung gave Galaxy Note Android OS v2.3.5. Mammoth 5.3 inch super AMOLED display, 1GB RAM, 8MP primary camera, 2MP front-facing camera, and dual-core 1.4GHz processor, all these things make phone highly popular.

Sony Xperia S – After dropping “Ericsson” brand Sony released its first smart phone by the name of Sony Xperia S. It is a great device with excellent features. Boasting 4.3 inch LED-backlit LCD touch screen display, 1GB RAM, 32GB onboard memory, and 12-megapixel camera, it is a perfect device for 2012. Powered by dual-core 1.5GHz processor, Xperia S is multitasking device and delivers fast and great performance.

Both handsets are superb in terms of performance. But, Xperia S is more beautiful than Galaxy Note. But, Samsung’s device is bigger than Sony’s phone.
